At Bivarlo, we take pride in crafting and sourcing high-quality woodworking tools built to last. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. This policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds for orders placed on bivarlo.com.
Please read the following terms carefully before initiating a return. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the conditions described below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In its original, unused condition — not damaged, modified, or assembled
- In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included
- Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, assembled, or show signs of wear
- Custom-made, personalized, or special-order tools
- Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification
- Clearance or final-sale items (marked as such at checkout)
How to Return an Item
Please follow these steps to initiate your return. Do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may be refused.
Email us at contact@bivarlo.com or call (064) 332-1233 with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our team will respond within 2 business days with your RA number and detailed return instructions. Returns without an RA number will not be processed.
Pack the item carefully in its original packaging. Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address provided in your RA confirmation email.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Refund Details
Upon approval of your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping and is returned, the standard shipping cost incurred by Bivarlo will be deducted from your refund total.
We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 15% on items that are returned in a condition other than new, or whose original packaging has been damaged. This will be communicated to you before your return is finalized.
If you receive a partial refund, we will clearly explain the deductions in our notification email.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect. If you need a different size or variant of a product, the fastest approach is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
To request an exchange, contact us at contact@bivarlo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the details of your request.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover all return shipping costs and provide either a full replacement or a complete refund — your choice.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the damage or defect
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is the result of our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damage during transit), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking confirmation.
Bivarlo is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but you have not received it within 10 business days, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank — processing times can vary by institution
- If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@bivarlo.com
